35 years after the end of the Kmer Rouge rule, Cambodian Authorities decided to edify a Documentation Center in order to keep the documents and testimonials of that part of the land’s History.The project, inspired in the intricate Architecture present in the Buddhist Tradition – Angkor Wat –  was conceived and developed by Zaha Hadid (Pritzker Prize 2004).
